Pay: 50% service commission + tips sales commissions on retail products sold
Hours: Monday 10-6, Thurs 10-6, Sat 10-4 Sun 10-4

Flourish Wellness is an established practice in Lake Stevens looking for one more therapist to join our team. Our therapists are highly skilled and each bring their unique set of skills and modalities to our practice. Specialized services and modalities offered by our therapists are highly encouraged in addition to typical massage services.

Other details:

• 15 min recovery time between each service

• Incentives for Continuing Education will be offered to therapists who work 20 hours per week.

• Other incentives include free or discounted massages, cryotherapy, use of red light therapy or infrared sauna and discounts on products we sell.

• Applicant must have a current and valid WA state Massage Therapist license (or be in the process of receiving their license) and be competent with massage techniques and modalities. 

• We do not bill health insurance, but we do work with clients with L&I and auto accident/PIP claims. It is highly recommended that applicant has an NPI identification number.

• Applicant should have experience in customer service, and have basic computer skills. Most importantly, applicant should have the desire to help their clients, work as a team, be personable, friendly and outgoing.
